Ingredients

  • 12 oz ziti pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add red pepper flakes for heat or substitute frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) if fresh spinach isn’t available.
